Because of that my way devided from Christoph. I started working for some professionals like Diethelm Löckenhoff and Martin Volmer mainly riding and presenting sales horses and as a stand in for vacations. But this got soon too much work for not enough money, so I started my own training at different barns where I rode beneath others Dezija and Avantis.

Avantis
Swiss Gelding sired by Ahorn Z

Avantis was one of the horses you either love or hate. For some reasons I love him. He has a very loveable mind, always willing to give his best for me.
We had a hard time in the beginning. He was a huge boy and stiff like hell. He was ridden all week with sidepulls and at a low speed and because the owner was afraid of him. She stopped jumping with him and had a bad accident during a trail ride which gave him a hard time with his right hindleg. He was breeded for jumping and wasn't educated in Dressage at all. Beside all of this issues people started watching us training. Seeing his moves increasing and seeing him learning all the dressage movements.
Avantis was ridden at the 2006 CHU (Concours Hippique Universitaire) in Wuppertal Dressage and Jumping an did a great job.

Dezija
Warmblood mare from Latvia

After I ended my work with Anne I rode for Diethelm Löckenhoff and Martin Volmer. But working with professionals became exhaustig and so I was looking for privat people and found Sandra who has to move to Regensburg for university. Sandra told me that her mare was 16 years old and was ridden eventing.
My first time on Dezija was everything else than fun. Dezija refused to get into contact with the reins and prefers walking with her head up in the air. So I tried trot and this was even worse. There was no bending possible and it became a little bit dangerous in canter when she starts running with her head up and no possibility to control the speed or the direction. After 30 minutes in which I tried evrything I have learned so far, I wanted to say "sorry" to Sandra but she was absolutely impressed and told me she has never seen anybody else riding her horse as good as I am. And so I put several hours of hard work on her and in the end she didn't become a dressage horse, but was showing some nice half-pass and was able to canter at a reasonable speed.
